Here at Journey of Life Counseling & Wellness LLC,  I understand that life can be challenging, unexpected, and overwhelming, and that our mental health can suffer as a result. Whether you are experiencing symptoms of mental health issues or are having a hard time going through a life transition, I strive to create an environment that is safe, supportive and compassionate, so that everyone will experience a non-judgmental space for you to explore your healing journey. I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate their challenges and discover their inner strength. Together, we will work towards a path of healing and growth.

I can offer both in person and telehealth visits. I do accept insurance and am paneled with Cigna, Aetna, UHC, Optum, and UMR. My current private pay rate of $115 and I am able to offer a sliding scale as well. I enjoy working with adults and children who are middle school age and above.  I do not see children under the age of 10. I can also provide a Superbill, which is a receipt for services, but please check with your insurance company to discuss reimbursement prior to starting counseling services.
