Individual Therapy Sessions
Here at Journey of Life Counseling & Wellness LLC, I understand that life can be challenging, unexpected, and overwhelming, and that our mental health can suffer as a result. I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate their challenges and discover their inner strength. Together, we will work towards a path of healing and growth.
I can offer both in person and telehealth sessions. I do accept insurance and am paneled with Aetna, UHC, Optum, and UMR. My current private pay rate of $130 and I am able to offer a sliding scale as well. I enjoy working with adults and adolescents 16 years and older. I can also provide a Superbill, which is a receipt for services, but please check with your insurance company to discuss reimbursement prior to starting counseling services.
